Know your District Chairman 2025-26 Rashmi Gupta

Rashmi believes "Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind dont matter and those who matter dont mind" Rashmi Joined Inner Wheel Club of Giridih in 2009 and since then has been a very active member of her club. She held post of Club ISO, Club Treasurer, twice as Club Secretary and twice as Club President. She also served twice as CGR and CLCC . Meticulously working in her posts in Club, she received Outstanding and Efficient Secretary award, Best Treasurer. She received Best President and Best Club award in both her Presidentship years. In 2024 Goonj she was actively involved as Vice Chairman. Rashmi attended AP Installation at Kolkata, Ranchi, New Delhi and Kolkata again this year.
She served twice as stewardess in 13th and in 15th Triennial Conference. Rashmi is social, responsible, optimistic, computer savvy and passionate about Inner Wheel. She loves travelling, music and making friends.

Know your IIW President 2025-26 Kay Morland

I’m an Australian, born in a Victorian country town on the banks of the Murray River and raised in a beachside suburb on the Mornington Peninsula. I am the proud mother of 4 and grandmother of 9. On a professional level I worked in IT for 34 years in the corporate world before discovering that people were more fun to work with than machines and made the move to advertising becoming an Advertising Sales Consultant an occupation I enjoyed for over 14 years.
My Inner Wheel membership experience has been one of realisation, development and appreciation. To me, one of the most amazing things about IW apart from the friendship and support, is the opportunity for personal development available to each one of us particularly when we step up and leading by example.

Know your Association President 2025-26 Jyoti Mahipal

"Joy is the holy fire that keeps our purpose warm and our intelligence aglow," perfectly resonates with Jyoti’s views of Inner Wheel as a beacon of hope and service. She believes that the joy derived from selfless acts of kindness and purposeful action fuels the collective spirit of Inner Wheel, enabling members to illuminate lives with compassion and dedication. “Leadership is not about titles or power; it’s about impact, influence, and inspiration.” Jyoti embodies this philosophy through her dedication to education, empowerment, and service.
Her journey of associating herself with Inner Wheel began in 1995, wherein she was inducted as a member of Inner Wheel Club of Gwalior. Not complacent, she strove to do something really remarkable in the field of ‘Social Welfare’. Driven by this desire, took up as Club President in 2010 and entered the district in 2013 as District Editor. Her contribution has been immense in expanding and enriching the district adding five New Clubs and giving 76 happy Schools.
